Mr Chang has considerable experience in strategic planning, investment, and management. He is the Chairman and co-founder of Lucky Chain Energy Holding Limited, an investment platform based in Hong Kong created in response to China’s “Belt and Road” Initiative.

Civil Engineer with road training, with a professional career developed in Angola, in the last 12 years, in the most diverse areas of engineering. After working in several business areas of this group, I became a specialist in structuring business, always focused on the customer and aligned with the business strategy.

Engineer and manager with more than 40 years of professional experience, he has developed his activity in large construction and engineering consulting companies. Currently holds the position of the Chief Executive Officer of FUTURE Proman.
