Mr Chang has considerable experience in strategic planning, investment, and management. He is the Chairman and co-founder of Lucky Chain Energy Holding Limited, an investment platform based in Hong Kong created in response to China’s “Belt and Road” Initiative.

China is taking on an increasingly important and proactive role on the international stage, especially after the debut of the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013. Chinese investors and enterprises have since learned valuable lessons in globalization the hard way - it's not just about investing more, but investing wise; it's not just about reaching out, but rooting in; it's not about instant return, but long term growth and sustainability. Mr. Chang Tat Joel, aged 50, has considerable strategic, financial, and private equity investment experience. He is the founder of Genius Link Assets Management Limited, a private equity company with investments in various sectors including financial, infrastructure, energy, technology, healthcare, and food resources. He is also a co-founder of Lucky Chain Energy Holding Limited (“Lucky Chain”), an investment platform created in response to the “Belt and Road” Initiative put forth by the Government of the People’s Republic of China. Lucky Chain focusing primarily on infrastructure and renewable energy investments along the “Belt and Road”. Mr. Chang is also a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Monash University in 1990. 

 

Mr. Chang was previously an executive director and chief operating officer of Mason Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 0273). he was also a non-executive director of Kong Sun Holdings Limited (stock code: 0295), an independent non-executive director of Kingsoft Corporation Limited (Stock Code: 3888), and was an executive director and the chief financial officer of Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment (Holdings) Limited (Stock Code: 1132), all of which are companies listed on the main board of Stock Exchange. He was also an independent director of China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group Limited, a company previously listed on NASDAQ.
