Construction Management and Supervision

To provide efficiency, economy, quality and sustainability to construction operations and investment projects.

Decades of experience in this sector, in different geographies and contexts, allow us to provide our clients with reliable, consistent and optimized management models for the implementation of their projects.

The main objective of the Construction Management and Supervision Business Unit is to support its clients in the implementation of construction projects in a wide number of areas, whether public or private, ranging from major engineering and public infrastructure and transportation projects, to urbanization, buildings, industry, tourism, water and sanitation networks, environmental recovery, among others.

Through a strict Project Management practice, FUTURE Group is able to support its clients in the implementation of a set of methodologies that include processes, documents and rules, and which contribute to the successful management and execution of projects, with proper integration of stakeholders, resource optimization and risk minimization throughout the life cycle.

In construction supervision, FUTURE Group contributes to an adequate and rigorous control of cost, calendar and quality of the works. It is also common to associate to this service provision the onsite coordination of health and safety, as well as quality and environmental management of the works.
